Description
The model OL 241 GA is an automatically operated swing frame type bandsaw cutting machine for industrial usage and ultimate application for cutting of cutting of solids, pipes and profiles of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
The machine OL 241 GA belongs to the category of automatically operated models, equipped with a hydraulic system allowing automation of many working operations such as material clamping in the vice, saw bow movement up and down, cut bars replacing from the cutting zone.
The control of the model OL 241 GA is based on an industrial controller having capability for setting of the number of the cutting stocks.
The construction of the machine OL 241 GA allows fast and easy adjustment of the saw bow at the angle of cutting at the range of 90? to 30? at left, accuracy of 1? by a scale. The center point of the saw bow rotation is in coincidence with the cross point between the cutting blade with the immovable jaws plane and for that reason the cut bar length doesn’t change when cutting at an angle.
