Description
The model MSU 4 E is a modern vertical band saw cutting machine for contour cutting, industrial type, applicable for cutting of a large range of materials – ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics, wood, etc.
The machine basis of the model MSU 4 E is a strong welded high rigid construction and its stability guaranties high performance and productivity at low noise level.
The cutting blade runs on two band guiding wheels and up to the cutting zone it is well protected. The band saw guiding wheels contact surface have special cover of nylon and they are flange assembled to the shafts so they assure stable guising and they are easily removable. A spring pack of Belleville’s assures elasticity of the saw blade tensioning.
The saw blade itself of the machine MSU 4 E can be easily replaced after the protective covers opening. It is reliably guided by two band guiding devices roller type situated over and under the working table.
The machine MSU 4 E is equipped with a stable cast iron working table tiltable to the left and to the right.
