Description:
The model V 423 H is a vertical semi-automatic type bandsaw cutting machine applicable for straight cutting of profiles, pipes and solid of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
The saw bow of the bandsaw cutting machine V 423 H is two sided rigid supported guarantying the cutting process stability.
The cutting process performs automatically without operator’s influence. The saw bow runs via hydraulic cylinder and its feeding speed can be changed by a precise hydraulic control valve.
An asynchrony three phase motor with a frequency controller for cutting speed control in the range of 15 ÷ 100 m/min is available.
The cast iron working table of the machine V 423 H having two T-slots allows non-conflict loading of the materials with a crane especially such as materials having improper geometric form.
