Description

The V 424 DGH is a vertical, semi-automatic band saw designed for both straight cutting and angle cutting in the range from 30° to the left    90° up to   30° to the right, for profiles, pipes, and solid materials

 

The design of the V 424 DGH allows precise, stepless adjustment of the cutting angle with automatic locking and visualization through digital indication. Angle adjustment increment – 0.1°.

 

The frame of the V 424 DGH band saw is stably mounted on bearings and is positioned at the front end of a carriage that moves along two linear guides with four robust linear bearings. The pivot point of the frame is located exactly at the intersection of the saw blade with the plane of the fixed jaws and the machine table, ensuring precision when measuring and cutting at 90° or any other desired angle..

 

Cutting is performed automatically without operator intervention. The frame moves hydraulically, and the feed rate is regulated by a precise hydraulic throttle.

 

The cutting speed is performed by an asynchrony motor frequently controlled in the range of 15 ÷ 100 m/min.

 

The design of the machine allows convenient loading of the workpiece onto the table, including with a crane, even for irregularly shaped materials
