Description
OL 260 DG H – semi automatic, scissor type band saw cutting machine for miter cutting of metal bars, designed for general purpose.
Semi-automatic cycle: the vice closes and the motor starts, the saw bow goes down to execute cut, the saw bow returns to top position and vice opens, motor stops;
The machine OL 260 DG H allows easy setting of the saw bow rotation for mitre cutting in the range of 45?- 90? – 30? in step of 1?. The center point of the saw bow rotation is in coincidence with the cross point between the cutting blade with the immovable jaws plane and for that reason the cut bar length doesnt change when cutting at an angle. the saw bow upright movement is hydraulic.
The cutting cycle is automatic without operator action – the saw bow goes down via its gravitation force and the feeding speed is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder and a feeding speed control valve.
