Description
The model OL 630 AP nc is a high efficiency gantry type bandsaw cutting machine NC (numerically controlled) designed for straight cutting of solids, pipes and profiles of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
The machine OL 630 AP nc is especially oriented for cutting of tool steels and hardly-to-be-cut materials such as titanium, stainless and other types high alloyed steels.
The machine OL 630 AP nc is NC based on an industrial programmable controller with 5,8″ colour sensor display. It has an opportunity for setting of 99 programs containing number and length of the bars being cut. A database for right choice of the cutting blade and cutting modes is available and a possibility for making statistic for both the machine’s and cutting blade’s working time. A machine diagnostic is possible to be performed.
This model is designed for application of the last generation bi-metal and carbide tipped cutting blades.
The machine OL 630 AP nc belongs to the category of fully-automatic machines equipped with a hydraulic system, allowing automation of many working operations (material clamping in the vice, saw bow movement up and down), and a cutting force control. The machine is equipped with a system for automatic tracking both of the feeding speed and the cutting force. At the cutting feed extremely increasing the saw bow slows automatically to its full stop and smoothly increasing up to the set value after the cutting force is normalized.
